혜성회계법인은 지난주 KB국민은행이 주최한 외국인직접투자(FDI) 세미나에 초청받아 발표를 진행하였습니다.  이번 세미나는 외국인 투자자들을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하고 있는 전문가 그룹 및 관계자들을 대상으로, 한국 내 투자 환경과 실무상 고려사항에 대해 심도 있는 논의를 이어가기 위해 마련되었습니다. 

혜성회계법인을 대표하여 발표를 맡은 이은정 이사는 현재 법인의 FDI 플랫폼(FDI Platform Service)을 총괄하고 있으며, 그간 다수의 외국인 투자 프로젝트를 직접 자문해온 경험을 바탕으로, “외국인투자가의 한국진출전략과 회계·세무”라는 주제로 발표를 진행하였습니다.

This seminar was organized for professionals and stakeholders who provide services to foreign investors, aiming to facilitate in-depth discussions on Korea’s investment environment and practical considerations for market entry. 

Representing HYESUNG, Director Eunjung Lee, who leads the firm’s FDI Platform Service, delivered a presentation titled “Market Entry Strategy and Accounting & Tax Considerations for Foreign Investors in Korea.” Drawing on her extensive experience advising a wide range of FDI projects, Ms. Lee provided valuable insights into the current trends and key regulatory issues.  In her presentation, Ms. Lee outlined the latest developments in Korea’s FDI landscape and highlighted major advisory cases she has led. She also addressed the critical challenges foreign investors may encounter and introduced practical strategies to ensure a smooth and successful market entry. Her insights resonated strongly with the audience and sparked active engagement throughout the session.
